Mr. McNally provided market research and analysis and programming recommendations to the Town of North Richland Hills, Texas and Arcadia Realty, partners in the development of a 287 acre mixed-use neo-traditional town center development in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex. Key components of the development include a recreation center, hockey rink, performing arts and conference center, housing, and retail within an urban village which capitalizes on the opportunities afforded by a pedestrian-oriented design.
