Located along the growth corridor between Denver and Fort Collins, the Town of Platteville, Colorado has faced enormous growth pressure. We assisted in developing a Comprehensive Plan that channeled this pressure into a community supported vision and provided a foundation upon which day-to-day decisions could be made in a comprehensive manner. We provided market research and analysis, economic development strategies, public facilitation, community outreach, and project management.
